Hi Love2fly, I 100% emphasize as sometimes I've encountered challenges with the site (a lot of us here are also customers). I am very sorry that you've been frustrated with us as I know first hand, those kinds of challenges are zero fun. With a lot of the cosmetic changes we made, we understand it created some new challenges for customers and we're diligently working through that. Although many folks saw a new look and feel, the work has only begun as we're doing a lot of updates to the engine behind the site which I think will continue to improve the overall experience and address many of the issues you mentioned. You brought up our VAIO section and this is the latest new change arriving on browser doorsteps this year. We're working on an overhaul for this section which should make finding information & products easier. Additionally, you mentioned that buying a product can be challenging - I can say with confidence that we're overhauling our check out area to make it not only easier to purchase & check out but it should be quicker. I truly hope that come time for your 520 Solid State drive, you give us another shot knowing that we're quietly but tenaciously working on more changes to the site to both address your concerns but also take it up another notch. In the meantime if you ever find yourself stalled on the site, we also have a sales phone # where they can locate your product and process you through check out. I've included the number here ( (1-877-865-7669). I am sorry for the experience you've had to date with us but please know we're working hard to earn your business back. Quite honestly Sony has lost a lot of sales from me due to the incompetent web site that they have created. I agree with the previous posters. I want to get to the product or item quickly and I don't want to have to wait for an eternity to get there nor do I want to navigate through an overwhelming site that is at most, frustrating! I have purchased two vaios recently but due to the difficulty in navigation on sonystyle, I went through ...."other companies" to buy. I would have PREFERED to purchase from SonyStyle, but of course my complaint is that the site took too long and at times would not even work. What happend during this change over? Did good help become less important, and thus outsourcing was the only option? I am looking to buy a 520 Solid State drive, I hope this site has improved! Thanks.

Hi Guest (from 9/6), I hope you had a nice holiday weekend and thanks for posting not only your feedback but the specifics. During our last redesign, we were not able to incorporate all the changes we wanted to into the VAIO section but I have good news. The team is working on a brand new VAIO area for the site as we speak. This should be up in the coming months and when it's up, I'll be sure to write about all the changes. I think a lot of your feedback regarding navigation to specifics and going back to pages, etc. should be solved. I appreciate your feedback as this comment is very timely as well. I sent it along to the design group working on this project so they have your direct input as they go through the different designs.
